There's not a single salesperson like Cody would never make it through an HR person screening process.

Because HR people would hate Cody because Cody doesn't follow rules.

He doesn't follow procedures.

He wants people to follow procedures, but not him.

But salespeople would never make it through an HR screening process.

But they can all live the same core values.

HR people and salespeople can at least all live the same core values.

It's kind of an obvious.

It's like the analogy I use is a duck.

If a duck has one really strong wing and one weak wing, it flies in a circle.

So what would be the point of just training the quarterback on a football team and not training everybody else?

You need to train everybody on the team so that everybody can work together, everyone collaborate, everyone gets stronger.

And you can also probably operate your company with less people.

If you truly train people, you'll get a lot more results through those people.

You could probably get rid of your bottom 20%.
