And there was this guy in our room.

And every day he would just play Tetris and complain.

And after about three weeks, you know what I started doing?

This other woman that worked with us was like super keen as well.

And I kept trying to migrate over to spend time with her because she was keen and was selling lots.

She got sucked into it as well.

Over a period of about four or five months, all four of us in the sales team got sucked into this negative vortex.

Had they gotten rid of that bad apple, the three of us probably would have still excelled.
