When you're small, if you need money, you just max out a credit card, you borrow money from your dad.

When you're mid-sized, you've maxed out your credit card, you borrow money from, where do you go now?

The bank won't necessarily loan to you.

So then you get strapped.

Then you got to take a hard money loan.

Then you get even bigger.

Like I have a friend of mine who just went bankrupt, shut down his business, closed down events, literally burned every single bridge he ever had because he didn't tell people he was scared and didn't know what he was doing.

I don't think he cognizantly tried to screw everybody.

I think he just built a business that was too big and he didn't understand cashflow and budgeting.

And then all of a sudden he'd borrowed too much from too many and he was gone.
