You showed me some of the blueprints a month ago.

Now, you know what you're building, but if you went to the contractor and said, here's a bunch of money,

build me my dream home, it wouldn't look anything like what you wanted.

Because he can't read your mind.

He doesn't know what a dream home means.

Even if you gave him a couple of pictures, that wouldn't be enough.

So you had to do a lot of work explaining your vision to the contractor so he understands your vision.

The contractor then creates blueprints and elevation drawings and schematics and plans to show you your vision.

You sign off on his plan.

He signs off on your vision.

And then he then takes your vision and the plan and goes to hire a bunch of sub trades and people to make your dream come true.

Now, what's really cool is you've got hundreds of employees or dozens of employees building your dream home.

You've never talked to any of them.

And how can they read your mind?

It's because you use the vivid vision concept to get a contractor to create the plans.

So in the business world, you craft a four or five page written description of your company, your leadership team and your COO create the blueprints and the plans to make your visions come true.

They then hire a bunch of employees to work the plan, right?

Plan your work and work your plan.

And then all of a sudden your company evolves.

Yeah.
