The idea with a vivid vision, let me explain what it is and then where I got the idea.

The idea of a vivid vision is an entrepreneur clarifying in a four or five page written description what their company looks like, acts like, and feels like three years in the future.

so that everyone around you can see what you can see.

It's kind of like getting the internal movie that you can see playing so that everyone else can follow along with you.

They can create what you can create.

So I learned this concept 30 years ago from an Olympic coach.

He was working with high-performance sports athletes, and he said that they used visualization in sport so that they could perform their sport completely on instinct.

He said in the business world, if you could do the same thing, you'd win.

So an example of that is a home builder, right?

A contractor, if you're building a home right now, you're building a ginormous, incredible, it's beautiful.
