Yeah, I'm assuming that the pen will be danger-filled at certain conversations, and then there's the guys who are probably just a bit of a rung-under that are veterans that would love to play on but may need to move on.
Yeah, they're the heart and soul players, but they're quite often the ones that sort of get it as well.

And they're probably the, listen, I think I'm done.

I say, yeah, look, I think I want to see this young player come through.
And I normally find the heart and soul players...
are the most, not honest, but just have current reality sitting.
