And so you may decide you want to be a coach and you can start right away.
But I am a big believer in continuing education and continuing to learn and grow our coaching skills.
So always go and look for some great education that's going to help you in a practical, really what I call boots on the ground, you know, like you're actually out there really coaching individuals.
So you're going to do both.
You're going to bring your expertise in, but you're also going to learn coaching skills.
100%.
And we also get the benefit that coaching skills when we learn them, they help us, right?
Like they help our how we manage our own lives, how we manage our own brains.
And it helps us to improve our relationships as well with our friends and our families and our co workers.
So yes to the coaching skills.
And yes, it's going to help you build a much stronger side business.
And it's got that added benefit that maybe some people never really thought of,
before.
All right.
So let's start with first with the time.
So that word overwhelming, I think is really important.
And one of the good things about starting a side business, especially a coaching practice, is that you get to make it how big you want it to be.
So when you're starting a coaching practice, you may decide that you're just satisfied with one or two private clients and that's enough for you right now.
Or you might decide that you want more clients or perhaps you want to run a group program.
So on the time perspective, we have time that we work in our business and
