And we have time we're working on our business.

So working in our business is that time that face to face time with our clients, working on our business is business development, doing all that back office work, that type of thing.

So you need to allocate a certain amount of time to get your business set up.

And there's also an investment to go with that as well and some energy.

And

And then once it's set up, that time you're gonna be spending doing marketing and networking, but you also need to save time to coach your people.

So is it overwhelming?

Not if you're working with a partner, not if you're looking at it from the standpoint of saying, what do I want?

What kind of a side business is gonna really support me and my life?

And then making your decision from that standpoint.

So that's the time aspect of it.

The energy aspect of it is really interesting because even though you might have a very full life with a very satisfying career and family life and friends, when you get to create a business that you're really interested in and you're passionate about, that creates energy.

Because now you're learning, now you're fueling that fire within yourself, you're meeting really great new people, and you're having an impact in a different way.

So that instead of draining, energy creates energy.

And I kind of love that about it.

On the finance side, just like any business, there are investments that you're going to want to make.

You just need to decide what level do you want to go with.

You get to do either you're going to invest a larger amount of money or a smaller amount of money.

And that is going to be a function of what kind of business do you want.

You don't need to go and invest a huge amount of money to build your business.
