I think that, yeah, not to say I'm in a tech-free home.
My kids do have access to tech.
But I say to them, is this going to grow your brain or make your brain smaller?
Are you passively just watching something or is the technology helping your brain grow?
Yeah.
what are ways we use technology to make our brains grow?
For example, with my daughter, she's very artistic.
And so I said, if you want to be on the iPad, I bought her one of those pens and I got her like, kind of like a easy final cut pro.
I'm like, you can stay on your iPad, figure out how to use this.
And, and so then I'm okay with some passive watching.
And then I,
making your brain grows with the technology?
Yeah, I think it's with everything.
That's a really good analogy to make it about food because kids get that about food.
This is about having a balanced approach.
Like if your kids are playing and running around and being social and reading and doing a balanced range of activities, then yeah, like watch TV or watch your show, whatever it is.
