So before we get into anything else, Benita, paint me a picture of what your life looks like now.

I know that you've got a farm, a business, you've recently moved into a new home.

What does it look like and how are you juggling it all?

I think it's amazing.

I think it's, yeah, I'm sitting here as a city slicker thinking it sounds like such a fun life.

What has then been your journey into motherhood, living more on the farm in those communities?

How have you found that transition in raising kids as well and also finding that community to support you in motherhood?

Oh, that's amazing.

But it's also interesting, yeah, that sense of community really comes through in the country and I think also that you aren't alone, but also then that element of, as you say, no matter where you are, you might be in the most populated area, but as a mother going through that transition into motherhood, it can feel isolating no matter where you are.

What do you think about like the woman that may feel invisible, the mother that might feel tired?

Is there a difference that can be, because we can, motherhood's so overwhelming, particularly in that first six to 12 months, as you say, where we're going through matrescence and this identity shift.

I remember hearing the term matrescence for the first time.

And honestly, it felt like a light bulb go off.

Because I was like, oh, my God, this actually brings me so much clarity on who I now am and this transition that I'm going through.

I can actually name it and I can fit this name in a box and who I am.

But there's so much going on.

But also I know a lot of mothers can also feel so tired and exhausted at the same time of motherhood.
