It sounds like you went through quite a self-actualization period, as you're saying, that personal growth and development, getting diagnosis to actually bring clarity into who you are and probably give some answers to many questions that you had along the way.

Just out of interest, like you've clearly hit some pretty serious rock bottoms and it's good that you reached out to people.
What were their reactions of when you're saying, I'm at my lowest?
Yeah.
Can I just say thank you very much for sharing that because it's very vulnerable of you to do so.
But I have to say I am sure there will be people listening that will feel like they've been in a black hole themselves and actually feel like they've been the only one going through that.
But I think listening to your story,
is actually quite validating for people that have been there as well, but also showing a path out.
So I just want to take a moment and just say thank you.
And it's very raw.
