It's what they say often, particularly around mental health, but I think even just in anything, of asking for help and assistance.

We often think that we can do it all, but really we can't and often it's okay to ask for help and it's more of a strength of asking for help than actually people see it as a weakness, but it's actually a not.

And actually putting yourself out there, there is that vulnerability, but at the same time, clearly four years on.

Also 2022, you've come off the back of COVID, which was, you know, pretty full on.

Yeah.

I think everyone had some mental health challenges during that period as well.

So you're not alone there, but there's a lot.

So have you, where are you at now?

And as we record this in 2026, how, what's that journey from that Benita eight years ago and where do you see yourself today?

And so how do you, we were talking just before about the sensory of the mental load as well within your household.

Having been with your late diagnosis of both ADHD and autism, how do you then manage that, I guess, environment for you that as, you know, as ADHD and also autism?

Yeah, a little bit more of saying no, which I know is definitely uncomfortable, but also there's that people-pleasing element to it as well.

Yeah, no, definitely.

Now, is there anything else, I guess, in your journey and the work that you do that you would like to share that we haven't yet covered today?

Yeah, everyone's looking to me for the answer.
