making Barbados cricket strong.
I think we are a really good place where all of our junior teams are champions, if not all majority of them, and they're doing really well.
And there's always been that deficit between under 19 cricket and senior team cricket.
So can we create a system where
On the 19 level, you're going into a functioning system that prepares you for the rigours of first class cricket.
And then we always say how bad our first class cricket is.
So then you need to be prepared even better from first class to international.
So we start to build some bridges.

The Samar Holder documentary went viral, went work with Shabazz, Shabazz Chaudhry, Speed Camp.
And he's someone I have a lot of time for.
Him alongside Naeem Amin, who I met at IPO as a coach.
Naeem has done thesis on fast bowling comparison between fast bowling and javelin throwing Shabazz has written a book on fast bowling so these are guys that are accomplished and they know what they're speaking about Shabazz loves a little bit more numbers than Naeem does Naeem a little bit more old school and I just think that for our culture
Shabazz is really important with the intensity that he wants to work at.
And I think Shabazz Holden left here a boy, came back a man.
This is probably two years now.
His sleep is still being trapped by Shabazz to this day.
There's another young guy, Jaden Roberts, who went this summer.
And I would like to firm up that relationship and just say, you know, how can we get a coach now to accompany them?
So no longer are we only sending a player on their own dime, but can we get a coach to go and experience how he does his work, why he does his work?
