you know, I've been feeling under the weather and my job doesn't feel fulfilling.

How does as a friend, how do you respond to when someone like unloads a lot onto you?

I just want to forget about it all.

Do you want to go on like a hike or something?

Like I I don't want to talk about it.

But like I just wanted you to know that I'm going through that.

I love that.

And so what you just did that right there is like relating through vulnerability.

And what I love that's what I love to do as a young woman, the way that I relate to others is when someone tells me about something, I don't overshadow what they've just told me and be like, Well, I went through a worse breakup than you, so let me tell you like you don't know anything.

Instead, it's a lot of like, How do I like so that you know you're not alone in this process?

And I think that you did that so beautifully.

But how did you

learn how to do that.

And we were talking about this earlier, but your proximity to friendships with women has also been eye opening in other veins of your life.

Can you tell me a little bit more about like there's some content on the manosphere that's like, you know what, men can't be friends with women and I had

uh a friend at one point a couple years ago be like men and women just can't be friends.

Like there's always some kind of sexual interest in woman, no matter who you are.

Um and I pushed back on that.

I was like, no, I think men and women can be friends because I think there's a lot you get out of being friends with the opposite gender to you.

And I've seen that in my my own life with a lot of young women who have no male friendships and don't understand what's happening with young men right now because they've decided to just
