we didn't know what we know now.
Um, and that's why I wanted to kind of put it all down on paper.
to to to take away the noise and the um the overwhelm because people who are really anxious they're overwhelmed enough already.
So yeah, the the guide through is is just hopefully quieting things down for them a bit.
Oh, absolutely.
And like absolutely it's never linear and we can circle back a few times and there was
all along the way, I which I would describe it as like my recovery, for lack of a better word, um, of of overcoming anxiety, there were lots of blips or speed bumps, as I would have called them, where it felt like I was thrust back into that anxiety and
Um then thinking, well, I've obviously, you know, I'm not doing okay here.
I must have gone backwards or I'm not getting anywhere.
And but when you can zoom out and see, you know, how maybe how you respond to yourself in those hard moments changes over time, you do start to see it's trending, it's trending in the right direction overall, but it can feel like you're being, you know, one step forward, two steps back.
And I feel that in my life as a parent as well.
I think it's just that's just the experience of being alive anyway, is that it's never gonna be linear.
Um
So to have that kind of patience and kindness and compassion with yourself.
And for me
those speed bumps where I felt like I was thrust backwards were so important because that though that was data, like that was where I could learn, okay, well, maybe why did this happen this time?
Or what how did I respond to myself this time?
What could I have done differently here?
And so it's to n to feel anxiety again does not mean you are you've failed.
And it's not a per it's never a personal failing.
