What have I done?
Did you lose a lot of weight?
Yeah, huge, huge amount of weight.
I physically couldn't eat because of course, when you're anxious, your body is like, we need to shut off the digestive system.
It's not needed right now.
We're like, we're fleeing from something like a saber tooth tiger.
We don't need to eat right now.
Like we need to just use whatever we have in our body and get out of here.
So it was very hard to eat.
My fear was so sharp.
Yeah.
So it got really physical and it was no longer just my stomach.
It was like the anxiety had crystallized in my body.
I had aches and pains of like flu-like symptoms.
I would wake up in the morning and my jaw would hurt because I'd been clenching and holding myself so tight through the night.
I wasn't able to sleep.
I was high as a kite on cortisol.
And I know you'll know this intimately, the circadian rhythm went off.
I wasn't, my melatonin wasn't working.
