Um and we have a beautiful pairing menu to go with that tasting.
So the menu is a um it's based on iodic principles.
So you eat in a sequence to keep your blood sugar level low and your energy levels high.
And um we work with um neuroscientists um
um doctors, um integrative medicine specialists and Ayurvedic um chefs to actually develop these seasonal menus.
We also have this eighty eighty rule that eighty percent of the ingredients should come within eighty kilometers of creation.
because obviously you're just going to get fresher ingredients and you're going to be supporting the community around us when you do that.
Um and the intention here is for guests to leave feeling wonderful.
of what we have done because we get so many recommendations by word of mouth.
Um and that means that we, you know, we have a great tasting room.
The team in the tasting room are also part of um that um wine and wellness um experience in the sense that we often have our
Integrative medicine specialists coming to talk to the team about their own health, about their own care.
And we do a l we've got a also a mental health support system and besides um the physical health support and we have um amazing programs.
For example, one of the
Um people that um I go to see um
Um they're breast cancer specialist unit, and because um they see the work that we are doing here.
they decide to reach out and do things like we've had a screening for eighteen of our women that are over forty on women's health care.
