You know, there are a couple late game situations in Portland where,
You know, Tiago drew up some plays that won the game for Portland and obviously the players have to go and execute those things.
But you got to have smart guys drawing those things up.
And Tiago is one of those guys.
So I I think that there's, you know, as any young head coach in the NBA, there's going to be a learning curve for Tiago.
But I think he probably got a lot of that stuff out of the way this last season, and he probably learned quite a few things.
He'll be able to bring in his own staff, again, something he was not able to do in Portland.
So I think that, you know, there's a lot of reasons to believe that Tiago is just kind of...
He's already a good head coach now, and I think he's only going to get better as he gets more reps in and gets an opportunity to get somewhere and spend multiple seasons bringing his own staff, maybe have some influence on the kind of players that get brought in.
And I think once that happens, I think that Thiago is even going to improve more.
So again, I think a really good hire for the Bulls.
It really is.
And, you know, again, I've been doing this a long time.
I've worked for the team for 18 years.
I'd covered the team before that.
So, I mean, over over two decades of experience covering the Trailblazers and, you know, a franchise that has had some issues throughout the years.
Not exactly, you know, some of the some of the Netflix special on the team and even by our standards.
That was really something else.
And, you know, I'll just say, like, I hope the best for Chauncey.
He was a really good person to work with.
