The realization was, oh, that's fascinating.

And I just had this feeling of mental, I'm going to call it mental constipation.
That's how it feels to me.
It's like I've got all of this stuff stuck in my head.
Sometimes I even feel like it's about to leak out through my eyes.
Like it's literally pressure in my mind.
And I said to her, I just need to debrief this so I don't lose it.
And because until then, I've just got this sense of building pressure.
And she said, sure, no worries.
Let's sit down and let's just debrief.
And she said to me, and this was a little piece of magic, she said, why don't you turn on the voice recorder on your phone so if there's any ahas or key insights, you know you've got it.
And I said, okay, cool, great.
So I hit record.
