As far as lessons from this year, I would say it's people.
It's people on my team, the way that my team came together and the franchisee franchise or relationship.
We had some of the hardest conversations with our tropical franchisee council that we've ever had.
And you know what?
We got through it and we posted great results.
So it's that ability to develop trust.
In our organization, we have an acronym for trust because I believe every single thing starts with how one person as an individual feels about somebody else and creating that bond.
And so trust for our organization, the T is for transparent.
Put it out there.
Tell me what you're really thinking.
The second is responsible.
You got to do what you say you're going to do.
The U is for unique.
Be yourself.
These are entrepreneurs that are trying to live the American dream.
No reason to change who you are.
You're not working in corporate America.
You do you.
The S is for service-oriented.
There's no H in trust.
