It's made me more confident.
I feel more confident when I step it out, step it up on the golf course and I feel confident.
It just makes me feel good throughout the whole day.
And I just think it helps your overall health.
And I just love it.
I can't say a bad word about running.
Maybe for your joints and stuff when you get a bit older, but I don't overdo it.
It makes me think clearer.
It makes me want to eat healthier.
It makes me want to not drink as much alcohol.
I think it just cleans your whole life up.

You need foundations like this to keep the sport going, especially for young women, to give them opportunities, what I've been fortunate to be given for when they're older.
I would probably say it accelerated my path into golf, but I think it would have helped so many other girls around me as well.
