Yeah, and having a website for a while that had a crappy email capture.

It was nothing impressive.

So the idea was I said, listen, guys, I know this is true.

I'm about to sit down and create something for you.

And I realize I'm doing it terribly because I was creating it not for you, but what I thought was interesting.

So I'm going to come up with this project.

It's going to involve one on one coaching, group coaching and videos.

And I just want to make sure that it's stuff that you guys can use.

I'm going to give away the first six of it for free to everyone, regardless of whether you join or not.

So what stuff do you care about the most?

And that got a huge, huge response.

Cause no matter whether they're interested in buying or just, you know, getting it for free, I wound up giving an hours video away to every single person on the email list with the number one thing that people had asked for.

survey responses then it's a matter of co-creating this product with people so then I come back and the entire thing you're just checking we did this with the book as well I said okay guys here's what looks like the six things that you want and I used their exact language the language that came first from the emails and then was voted you know one through six and

It's going to be how to make an amazing first impression, how to feel confident in any situation, how to be an expert in conversation, and so on.
