And it's evident to me that I definitely struggle with it because in conversations, my brain will drift into eight different areas and people say, is Charlie here today or not?
I feel very present here.
But sometimes, like, I'm just removed.
I'm thinking about ideas or something isn't holding me in the moment.

Or I'm unaware that I'm not even there.
