He had a really interesting process where he would start each song on his gaming PC where he didn't have every plug in.

He didn't have every sound because it's the limitations that made him use a different part of his brain.

Meaning that I'll do that, too, sometimes where I just like I don't.

I have my laptop on the tour bus and I don't have a keyboard and I have to draw every note in.

And that's like the perfect limitation for me that kind of forces me to use a different part of my brain.
