Well, you know, he's seen from many on the left as a fighter and somebody who's got a big war chest.
So I don't necessarily think that anybody on the left uh uh takes an ideological perspective on these issues.
It's just who's in the lead?
Who do we think we can win?
And then we'll prop that person up and put as much money behind him as we possibly can.

I've learned how local government um is really about obfuscation.
There's so much money that's flowing through local governments and council members, uh, you know, we really have to take on the responsibility and the role to dig in beyond just kind of the surface level reports, right?
And that's how money is being spent.
That's how we're um seeking out grants, and that's ultimately reminding ourselves, too, that our only
Goal from a council perspective should really be the priorities, which are public safety and infrastructure.
And beyond that, governments shouldn't get involved.
And there's constantly a push, especially in care in California, almost a conditioning by which you want the governments to get bigger and be a part of the residents' lives more and more.

But here in Huntington Beach, people don't.

And that's the good news.
Well, you're seeing that actually all over, not even in just one specific case, although one is getting more media than the rest.
Even here on Huntington Beach, we have the Bolsa Chica wetlands, which is from an ecological and environmental perspective, is one of the most beautiful um, you know, uh conservancies ever.
Yeah.
