What they're trying to do here in Huntington Beach actually, but based on population, they're trying to jam down thousands and thousands of high density stack and pack houses that are gonna ruin all of the environmental um assets that we have in this city.
And I talk about kind of the way in which that inner uh you know connects with the marine ecosystem and marine stewardship being a key piece of kind of my thesis as a chef.

Yeah, I mean it was kind of a combo.
So the RFK was the real food show.
So they launched, uh, I want to say six or seven episodes, and that was the premier episode where the goal was basically what you and I did, let's just get people to understand food and to spend more time in the kitchen.
One extra meal a week in the kitchen can decrease your risk of chronic disease by at least twenty percent, according to multiple studies, in addition to the fact that we're spending more time around the table as a family.
So there's kind of this multifaceted approach.
And RFK came to me and said, look, let's present this in a manner in which it's easy, it's digestible, pun intended, and we get more people in the kitchen.
We then created a real simple recipe under $5, and we talked about the nutritional benefits of that recipe and then just had a general conversation about food.
And it, you know, it blew up, it took off.
Um now, of course, I do also have my own show right now, American Gravy and Cooking with Gruel.

It's been har hard to find a guest as good as you so you know, a lot of times it's just

So uh I gotta do it on the east coast.
Yeah, I did one with Lara Trump uh about six or seven months back when I was in town to shoot Gutfeld and we actually uh Fox leased out a a test kitchen around the corner there and we had a great time cooking in the kitchen.
So I've been twisting Tyrus's arm as well.
