So I studied just baking and pastry.

And I studied at the Art Institute in Santa Monica.

Oh, yeah.

And then from there, I worked in kitchens.

And then I started from the bottom, actually.

So I was actually a hostess with Chef Damien at his restaurant.

And then so I worked my way from hostess to a busser to server.

And then now a baker and then sous chef and then now a pastry chef.

I think that's very important to do, just to figure out what you want to do in life.

Because I feel you should always find a passion.

Because when you love something you do, it's not really work.

It's your passion.

Oh, my gosh.
