Why is this still used in the NHS to measure how healthy you are?

I've been on a transformation since January 23.

I have so far lost 72 pounds and have just reached a healthy BMI of 24.8.

It states my weight range for my height is between seven stone and nine stone six pounds.

I'm now nine stone four and a half pounds.

I'm fixated on the scales.

There is no way my body could reach the seven stone bracket.

So I'm aiming for anything in the eight stone bracket.

Yet my fitness instructor insists I should not lose any more weight.

Who is right?

I'm on HRT as perimenopausal.

I do strength training three times a week and a bit of walking.

Why do doctors use it if it's so outdated?
