But I think, you know, for seasonal workers in particular, there are just lots of options for warehousing jobs, for sort of customer service jobs, for, you know, all kinds of different roles that sort of help to kind of get paid. voice-verified

And we've seen, obviously, over the past couple of months, a real boost in wages, too. voice-verified

And so some of these jobs certainly pay better than they might have at this time last year. voice-verified

And so I think for job seekers out there, the application process might look a lot different. voice-verified

You might have that offer in hand without ever speaking to an employee, without ever having to go through an interview. voice-verified

You just apply at 2 in the morning, and you might have a conditional job offer. voice-verified
