No one wants to talk about how great they treat the families and how much people want to play for them.
No one wants to talk about the atmosphere of the clubhouse and how great it is over there and how much they appreciate and like the coaches and things like that.
When you hear things like that, you understand that's why the Dodgers are really good.
They've built a culture that produces winning.
It's not just throwing talent on a team and saying, we're going to win a lot of games because we have a talented roster.
That's not how this game works.
You have to build a culture and you have to build standards where we're going to do the right thing all the time.
We're going to do the right things on and off the field.

I think in the off season after 24, um, we had a lot of really tough conversations with the front office and I was like, man, I've never, I've never experienced this.

Um, and so everyone started buying in early in the off season.
Then we got the spring training and it was like, guys, we mean it like whatever.
If you guys want to do something different, let us know.
So we started steering the ship a little bit differently than I would say the numbers, so to speak.
That's good that they were open like that.
Yeah, and we almost really rewarded them for it.
But at the end of the day, I would say it started off in the off-season bowl.
