I'll wake up and there'll be like a worry.

That's not really real or like an anxiety.

That's not real.

So it's like the gym, some areas gets me out of it.

There's times where like Bible study is my most important thing in certain areas where I just need peace.

But no, dude, I have to actually say like, I wake up most days with little motivation and,

I have mechanisms in place to create it.

And so that's why I have my scoreboards.

Because when I wake up and I have no motivation, I'm like, OK, well, then what's the game I'm playing?

And I know because I know my goals.

So I know when I'm in my sound mind what I want to accomplish.

When I wake up, I'm not always in it.

So I got to go to something quickly.

Look at the scoreboard.

I'm like, am I on track or not?

And that's my meter.

Is it a red light?

I need to like keep going harder.

Am I a green light?

I can take off more.
