If you're signing up to a DMP, it just means more and more money is going into that particular fund.
You know, that might be a good thing, but it's just something to be aware of too.
So dividends are taxed the same way.
So you'll still get the same tax on that dividend that you would have in the past.
And you're basically reinvesting that after-tax money then into the market.
I mean, you're reinvesting essentially for capital growth, but you've got to put that money somewhere.
So I guess it depends, you know, now capital growth is, has a more punitive tax rate.
So you want to avoid it, but you ultimately, you know, you want to invest in that company as well.
So it's a bit of a chicken and egg problem.
I think if you ultimately invest, it's an efficient way of doing it still.
Has anything changed?
I think from a government perspective, no, but that was always known.
I think the government had made their decision.
But I think from an awareness and education perspective, I think more people are realizing about all these second-order consequences.

Yeah, it has.
So, I mean, I was over in South Korea in Seoul last week at an ETF conference.
I mean, it's an interesting time to be in ETFs in Korea because, as you mentioned, they're going absolutely crazy.
Their share market's up a couple of hundred percent in the last year alone, largely driven just by two stocks.
So I think that's kind of the key is it's not like their whole economy is just flying.
