And early on, we were firing people for underperforming.
And like I said, you don't have to fire people and be an asshole about it.
I think you can let them go, wish them the best.
Don't be a negative reference on them.
But good performers actually like to see that you get rid of bottom performers because that means they're special and it's meaningful.
