And you're way more informed.
But dude, it's not like, hey, bro, how are things like?
That's not a good one on one.
A one on one is the manager asking really hard questions about how their their business is going.
It's really to hold the individual contributor, the frontline manager, the second line manager accountable.
And that's what was not happening when you're not doing those one-on-ones.
Those one-on-ones need to happen every single week consistently.
Consistency matters.
If showing up like every month, they're going to be like, yeah, they don't really ask me tough questions.
Yeah, well, dude, the reason that you go on eight face-to-face meetings a week is to- Oh, eight face-to-face?
