And they just don't keep going.
So talking about like Aptiv, so growing this thing to a half a billion dollars in sales a year or in revenue, what was like the timeline of how many years did that take?
Yeah.
Cash flow of pest control can be a nightmare.
That was summer one.
So can I just point out something real quick?
Yeah.
I always say one of the greatest signs of a leader is the willingness to have hard conversations.
And so obviously that was a hard conversation.
You have to go to your top performers and be like, yo, I can't pay you.
And also understanding that there's almost always alternative solutions to the current situation.
A lot of people would have just been like, well, I guess I'm done.
I can't afford to pay.
I'm just going to max out my credit cards, pay them, and then go out of business or whatnot.
So there's almost always a better solution if we're just willing to have the hard conversations.
Yeah.
So you go and you do this.
So that's first year, you make it through.
