at its best because like i mean you're busy like it's not their job to like answer phones and stuff but then when it is their job they don't really want to do it right so then framing this whole company being around like yeah yeah we do great work like that's a given but we're here for the people we have the systems in place we have all the tech we have like the communication is here when you call i will pick up my phone like that was the whole point

And frankly, like that is not being portrayed in the home service industry.
