And I support the criminal justice system playing its role here and keeping politics and particularly donations clean in New South Wales.
I don't know.
I can't speak for every situation or every circumstance.
It wasn't my entire election campaign or all the donations or the money that we paid.
From memory, it was $10,000.
But, you know, from my perspective, think about it from my perspective, if someone is intent on giving you donations and money...
And it's tainted and they keep you away from the conspiracy.
How are you supposed to know unless it's revealed subsequently in a public investigation?
That's exactly what happened in these circumstances.
And you can imagine the Electoral Commission and police and the ICAC have conducted a full investigation into all aspects of this, particularly considering that I'm a prominent member of parliament in New South Wales.
And they've said that they're not going to charge anybody else.
And I resolutely and fundamentally say I had absolutely nothing to do with it.
And I said that at the time and I'll say that right now.
Oh, yeah.
Better than question time.
I go to the football or the cricket with my mates, half of whom would never vote for me, and it's not the most important thing in your life.
You almost don't... And I'm in politics, and it's not the most important thing.
And I think that's a good thing about Australian politics.
