And the best listeners are the ones who don't just like talk back or try to connect it to what they're then want to say, ask questions to like delve deeper into that conversation.

And that will really engage them more and show like, oh, they really care about what I'm saying.

So anytime that you're in person via Zoom teams that you can see the person, make eye contact with them, show the right facial expressions, have your body turn towards them and just show that like, I am here present with you listening.
