I think just from my own personal experience, I feel like it's more effective to get matched

the biggest ones that could be dysregulating and then have those included rather than having 50 IEP goals and $100 accommodations because matched

that can be overwhelming for everybody, right? matched

If like Johnny can't tell you all of his IEP goals or accommodations, then we're not doing that student justice. matched

We want to be able to have the needs met without overwhelming everybody. matched

So that way it's effective, right? matched

It becomes ineffective if we just have a mound full of, if we have a 500 page IEP. matched

And if they don't, then that's a key element to what we talked about earlier, which is education, which then becomes awareness, which then becomes acceptance, which then becomes confidence and self-esteem, which then becomes self-advocating for those needs. matched

So, yeah, I mean, awareness is huge. matched

Yeah, gosh, my brain is going down two different roads on this one, so I guess I'll address them both. matched

So when it comes to collaborating, how do I do it and what's effective for me? matched

The first one I'm going to go down with is if matched
