And when you're in a reserve tank, sometimes you feel like it's hard to get out of bed in the morning.
Sometimes it feels like you're a little sluggish in the afternoon.
Sometimes, you know, it can look like different things.
Sometimes it looks like maybe you get a cut and you just recover slowly.
It takes a couple of weeks for that to heal instead of a few days, right?
So that's what that can actually look like in real life.
Sometimes it looks like you're trying to go from laying down to standing up and you're a little dizzy, you know?
If we're blazing through things and we don't recognize that those might be little clues, you know, as humans, sometimes we tend to wait till things are bad.
And I think it's always a balance.
It's always a Goldilocks.

Like, what does that even mean essentially, right?
And so there's so many ways to talk about it.
There's so many options.
