Yes.

Yeah.

It's been a process for sure.

Um and when I was your age, Will

Thirty four.

I've been around a minute.

Um so I think that the reason why I'm self coach is I I I manage to contain my ego.

Um obviously we all have one, especially when you're you're at this at this level.

And it's just about making the smart call and delayed gratification is something I I really believe in.

Um 'cause at Europeans I think I totaled eight eighty two and a half and I missed my third deadlift. 'Cause we competed on a Thursday and I had to be in a gym on the Saturday.

So I didn't want to empty the tank then because I wanted to save it for for now.

So uh you know, powerlifting I've been in a situation where I've pushed and it's it's cost me a lot.

So I've learnt along the way to just stay the course until the time is ready.

So um it's it's a real struggle to be able to, you know, coach durings.

I think I've got um Toyossi and Comfort later in the week.

as well so I have to I have to wear different hats but it's just it's just part part of the process um and and I enjoy when everybody does well and um moments like this make it they just solidify the decisions that I make.

And paletting is easy because
