They're so good.
at running yeah they're so good at running but that's like they say like you are supposed to run like that's like ideal running form like what the people those people would do yeah so it's like very like small steps like that's what i do doing this yeah so people when they're like super fast like you and bouncing up and down a lot when they're running i'm sitting there judging going they are expending way too much energy you know what i could do this for 25 miles

totally why are you wearing why are you wearing foot gloves to run little like yes the foot gloves they actually have socks also that are like toe socks or running they're like a ninja or something yeah okay but i imagine that that's actually pretty good for your toes it probably is but i just can't do it much self-respect yeah me too i'm just like i don't care i'm married no one's looking i'm not looking for anybody no one's looking for me but i'm embarrassed by the foot sock

That's what I'm doing in my own little slow runner's club.
And I want to be able to run where I can talk the entire time.
I want to talk at you for the two and a half hours we are running this marathon.
I want to be chatting the entire time.
You know what it says in the book?
I have a podcast.
It's really good for your cardiovascular health.
But here's the question.
I think that's my goal this year.
I think I want to not use the apps and I want to try and meet people in real life.
I don't think I've ever been out on a date from meeting someone organically.
