I am still a criminal defendant.
It is not over.
The court found that our constitutional rights were violated through the grand jury process and remanded the indictment back to the grand jury back in end of May, beginning of June last year.
And it's sitting waiting.
It's at the Arizona Supreme Court.
The prosecutor, the Arizona attorney general has appealed it all the way up to the Supreme Court.
And we're just waiting.
Hopefully I have all the confidence in the world that the Supreme Court is going to side with us because the Court of Appeals did.
And it is the right ruling.
But just just waiting, waiting to have it thrown out.
So that's the question.
So the lower court, the trial court remanded it, said, if you want to take this case forward, you have to take the case back to the grand jury.
That was the lower court's ruling.
And she appealed that ruling up.
And so if the Supreme Court does dismiss it, which we think they will, she has to decide, do you want to reopen the grand jury or do you want to just let it go?
Yeah, as long as you're unethical and you don't care about the laws or morals, yeah, you can make it really challenging.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, quite honestly, I think, yes, that is what's happening with me personally.
But I think we're seeing that across the nation on both sides.
