Um edging ahead, who's pushing the envelope?

So as Sarah was saying, it's this this law, uh by virtue of the fact that the disclosure requirements were rather rigorous, we have this unparalleled insight into the inner workings of of companies.

Sure.

I think at the basis, you know, you have two approaches.

You have effectively harvesting the data that that comes in.

So you're just sort of aggregating it out, you know, maybe breaking it down according to sector, sort of just a, you know, showing a mirror in terms of what's being reported.

So that's one perspective, uh, and that was our first report.

Uh the the per for me potentially more interesting is is this typology approach.

So what that does is you have broken down what is the complexity of HREDD within a company into these various smaller bite-size uh

Practices.

And there's also variation within those categories, within those specific practices.

There's also variation on how companies actually will go for it.

So this typology is in fact could be a plug-and-play for other laws as well.

Uh you know, provided we we covered the most, let's say, important ground in terms of you know coverage, the typology actually being representative of the complexity, um being sufficiently granular, but not too specific so as to exclude practices.

So um there I think there could be some some validation, um, some maybe some.

Some more stakeholder input into the actual typology.

And if it flies, then I do think it's a highly useful tool that would also allow you to analyze, as we were talking about.

um maybe other you know other laws and other jurisdictions and how markets are actually responding to to these laws.
