Uh well I guess for me the biggest surprise was that
Only less than half of companies reported violations, whether it be in their own business or their tier one or tier two.
And to me, that was you know quite striking because we're talking about with the the 254 companies uh under study, we're talking about you know among the biggest companies in Germany.
So
for them not to report any v violations, whether big or small, uh in within the scope of the law, means they were actually trying to avoid uh
the issues.
Um so th this isn't to say that they don't you know they don't have any issues and they're not addressing them because there's there's, you know, you're going to this disclosure um
Exercise comes with ramifications for reputation.
And so there's probably and lawyers get involved within the company.
So it it might not be completely representative of the facts, but companies were, or let's say more than half of the companies were actually less inclined to talk about specific risks that they've uh picked up.
Up and specific violations.
And to me that's um
Yeah, you have to question that.
Uh you have to question the logic uh or the veracity because y we all know with these with these massive companies um there's definitely stuff happening.

Yeah, uh well what s to me separates uh companies or distinguishes certain leaders would be three points and that is uh those leaders will
Focus on their procurement and make sure that their uh terms are fair and they're not just providing sticks but also carrots.
We can go into that in a bit more detail.
Um and and they also measure uh what works, uh or they measure to see whether the system's uh processes are actually working and producing the desired results.
And I would also say the lead.
