And, you know, even listening to a lot of the stuff that you're sharing just right here, I don't get a chance to hear that a lot with a lot of the clients or the people that we get a chance to talk to.
Sometimes it feels like locker room talk the entire time.
Yeah, they don't want to open up themselves.
And it's just completely different sitting here talking to you or hearing your experience, hearing how you started and your mom was your CSR to begin with.

I mean, yeah, your call center.
I mean, it's just great to have that opportunity to discuss that back and forth and hear how you're –
looking at doing a P and L per truck.
I, we work with a lot of, I mean, huge organizations and nobody talks like that.
I mean, I've heard the P and L per location, but a lot of the stuff that you've mentioned on this, uh, the stuff that, um, that you've said over the past, I mean, we just encourage anybody to just watch, watch you and just shut up and listen.
Cause it's, it's raw, it's good.
And, and it's real time.
Yeah.
No, I think the old adage, if you're not growing, you're dying.
I think it speaks volume.
You know, when you're talking about mindset, so we have done a lot of research on mindset.
It's one thing to have the positive mindset and all that, but that's great.
But we have really broken loose on this fixed versus growth mindset.
And what we have found is more people are in that fixed mindset than they think.
you know, they're like, Oh man, I'm a student.
