really anything like their best even I go back to Chicago actually of course how am I forgetting Chicago and all of this that's another defeat on the cards like Ireland were really poor in Chicago back in November as well so that's what I mean about not delivering their best performances I think it's easy to say yeah they've fallen and I do think absolutely there's a gap between the top three but they still haven't played well against those teams to realistically see how far they've fallen if that makes sense yeah
I think that's a little harsh, to be fair, that it would still be double digits if Ireland had delivered a much more clinical and much more accurate performance.
I would disagree with that.
I think they would have been much closer on the scoreline.
What I would agree with is whether it would be good enough to win

But I do think they would have been much closer in the scoreline because they shot themselves in the footwell so often.
Like we've talked about the discipline, like just like the silly offside penalties.
Gibson Park gave away a really dumb one in the first half as well.

Like if you cut those sort of errors out and limit the All Blacks.
yeah, and from one of your most experienced players as well, you know, and when they're making, when people like that are making brain farts like that, well, I think it can become contagious within the team.
And I think that's what happened tonight.
And look, we've been banging this drum for so long and we're kind of skirting around it now that,
Ireland just have a bad habit and they've had it for a long time of compounding errors.
When they make an error, they back it up with another one, another one and another one.
And it just spreads through the team.
