Clarkson has been, I think, excellent for Ireland and Leinster over the last couple of years.

And like I said, Ireland have named four tight heads.

They could have Finlay Beelham in there, but he's rated as touch and go.

And how many players do you really want to be playing against France with significantly less game time under their belt?

And Tom O'Toole is there as well, Joe, and he's probably worth mentioning in that loose head conversation as well.

Because Ireland last year and the year before were keen to have a look at Tom O'Toole on the loose head side of the scrum, but Ulster haven't bought into that at all.

They see him primarily as a tight head.

So it'll be fascinating to see whether Ireland look to give Tom O'Toole some minutes.

I don't know if France is the ideal place to do that, to be honest, but he is another potential option at loose head.

Yeah, I think like the provinces in general have conceded plenty of penalties from the Scrum as well.

Not a massive number, but I think the manner in which South Africa took them apart has the potential to leave scars.

And particularly when you don't have Andrew Porter, you don't have Paddy McCarthy.

It's a deep Howard front row.

And England as well.
