Yeah, and I I think a lot of the story of why we wrote this paper, um, it's not supposed to be a story of like how to do this perfectly.
It's more how we figured this out every day, realizing there was a new problem we hadn't solved and we were behind the eight ball.
Um the program, we call it patch twenty-four.
Which is an acronym for a palliative care support line.
It changed every three days.
And um the first week in particular, like I love the song Call Me Maybe Baseline, but like this, I was we were trying to get business in the emergency room.
And so I started going to these 8 PM emergency room huddles, like in the ambulance bay.
