Because for whatever reason, I'm just not very good at reading books that have a plot, for example.

I get really stressed out in a way, because I know I've got to be following something and I'm probably not doing it right.

I had this huge sense of pressure when I read a book that's got like a plot and things going on.

I'm like, oh, okay.

And it's the same with TV.

And I have to keep asking someone, is that because or why?

And they're like, it hasn't been revealed yet.

And I'm like, okay, okay.

You know what I mean?

I just find it all a bit stressful.

And then when there's loads of characters, I'm like, I don't know who this is now.

And I have to keep going back.

And I just can't hold it.

I find it really hard to hold.

So in that sense,

I think I am creating something that I probably would have loved to have come across.

But then at a certain point, I did come across books.

I'm not saying that my book is completely unique and there's not any books like it because there are.

But it was a long time until I discovered books that were not so driven by the usual things.

So yeah, to be honest, I suppose I am the reader that I write for.
