Brian Penny is a former heroin addict, now neuroscientist, a speaker, author and podcast host.
His work focuses on helping people understand how their brain drives behaviour, break destructive habits and thinking patterns and build resilience in high pressure environments.
His RT documentary series Hooked was a national conversation and his podcast Change is Possible speaks to people about the challenges life throws our way and the tools we can use to overcome them.
He works with Oberstown Detention Campus to educate and inspire young men there to consider the possibility of change.

And sitting alongside him is Deirdre O'Donnell, a child and adolescent psychotherapist, a play therapist and a breathwork teacher.
She's brought the Tides of Change programme to Limerick Prison.
And Dee is actually the person who, when we trained together, level one breathwork teaching, it gave me the idea for this show, looking at bringing health and wellness to prison.
